I've been to Hawkers multiple times and it's always amazing. Everything is brought out as soon as it's available so there's no need to purposely order an appetizer and entree. The food is very flavorful and there are unique cocktails as well. I recommend the curry laksa ramen!

yummmmm! one of my favorite date night spots. we always try something new! the roti is always a MUST (be sure to order extra - you'll need it). from the crispy tofu bites and green beans to the cucumber salad - you can't go wrong with any on this menu. on the particular night we visited, they were super busy and we waited about 30 minutes (it went by quick) but the service was a little lacking. it took almost 15 minutes for our server to come to the table, and others who were seated after us had already gotten food when we had just gotten our drinks. just some food for thought lol but other than that, 10/10 will be going again!

Hawkers is definitely the place to go if you're looking to indulge in delicious, authentic Asian tapas! We dived right in to the summer rolls, bulgogi steak and roti. You cannot come to Hawkers and not have the roti. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff stays attentive to all requests.

Hawkers is such a great restaurant with what can only be called a top-notch menu. They touch on lots of different Asian cuisines and integrate them into fabulous fusion and authentic dishes. I order something new every time I dine here as I attempt to eat my way through the menu, and I have not been anything less than thrilled with every choice. The interior is super loud, but adorably on theme, and it really makes you feel like you're in some bustling city across the globe enjoying street fare. Service is pretty good...once you get a seat. And that is my only real complaint: The wait here is always always always ridiculous. Even putting yourself on the list in advance doesn't help much. While we stood outside for nearly an hour and a half (after being on the list in advance), we watched dozens of takeout delivery drivers pull up and grab bags. Maybe the kitchen can't handle the popularity of the takeout on top of the popularity of in-house dining? Obviously this is a terrific problem to have as a business owner--"We're busy af literally all the time!"--but it really stinks as a patron. I would go here more often but I just cannot handle the aggravation of the inevitably bananas wait for a table (not to mention the "parking lot hunger games"). Really this is a 5-star place getting dinged down to 4.5 for being too popular (boo on me! I know!). I insist you eat here, but be very wary of the day and time you're going and just know you might show up ravenous and still have 90 minutes ahead of you. Or to put it another way, I GUARANTEE you'll be ordering hungry! LOL Anyway, Hawkers is a no-brainer on the Yum Scale. Go get some.

5pm on a Saturday how crowded could it be? About a twenty minute wait. Unfortunately their phone system said our table was ready and we held the door for a party of five that just pulled in and they said party of five and the hostesses gave them our table. So a bit miffed they don't check for the person showing the text saying your table is ready. Either way we were seated about five minutes later. Outside which was ok. I could smell a faint whiff of the dumpster out back when the breeze blew our way. Yuck. However the heaters out on the porch worked great. Comfy out there. Understand the food comes out when ready but our meals came out before the silverware we asked for when we ordered. The food was good as usual. I had the pork belly Bao buns and it did seem as if the portion of belly was a little smaller than last time. But tasty what was there. The crispy wonton were very good as were my crispy spring rolls. Our group all ordered pad Thai and the portions were plentiful and a bit of heat. All enjoyed what they had. Probably wondering why still four stars with all my less the stellar comments? The food is good. Plain and simple. Busy night and we were in and out in an hour tops. So they get a bump for that. Big ask for the owners. Please check to see where your food delivery people are parking. Had one in your one handicap spot (poorly located right closest to the road which makes an already tight turn in a bit harder add exiting traffic waiting for a break in traffic on Mills and that is a recipe for a disaster) with two spots you have for them being empty. Maybe cut the number of spots for delivery and add another handicap spot, just a thought.

There wasn't a bad thing at this visit to Hawkers. We started with soup dumplings that only had a few that came out dry with no soup in them. My usual are the Udon Noodle & Beef Haw Fun. The noodles always taste fresh and fluffy not overly chewy. Serviced is always great when we come. They are always attentive.

Finally tried Hawkers last night after hearing people talk about it for over a year. Wow I did not know what I was missing! It was packed but I was able to get at quickly and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I tried both the Korean Twice Fried Wings and the Yaki Udon noodles. Both items were delicious but the wings left me speechless. It was love at first crunch! If you love crispy wings with tender meat these are definitely for you. It was so hard choosing what to eat because all the items on the menu sounded delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious food!
